PUSH CART GERRY
Gerald W. Shantz, 69, has a smoke in a bus shelter downtown. Shantz is a well known character in homeless community and was thought by many to have frozen to death recently. He was seen being carried away on a stretcher. Actually, Shantz was taken to a hospital and treated for pneumonia. Now, he is back out on the streets vowing to stop drinking....for now.
