Jose Luis, 23, a migrant worker from Mexico, takes a long draught of water where he was working in the strawberry fields at the Thies Farm.
"They drink water like crazy," said Darrell Thies, co-owner of the farm. He said that on days when it's really hot, his workers drink up to two gallons of water each. "The longer it gets hot, the weaker everybody gets," he said.
