The Rev. William Barnaby Faherty is a Catholic priest and historian who has written over 25 books. Probably his most famous novel is "A Wall for San Sebastian" which was made into a war movie, "Guns for San Sebastian," with Anthony Quinn in the lead. Faherty, who lives at St. Louis University, stands in front of St. Francis Xavier Church on the university campus.
